SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All our parcels are shipped via Colissimo.
Shipping costs for any order placed in Metropolitan France are set and displayed by Purple Place in the form completed at checkout.
Purple Place undertakes to process each order within a maximum of 12 days from the day following order confirmation (pre-orders excluded). The lead times shown on product pages are indicative and correspond to the time needed to process, prepare and ship the order.
They run from the moment the order is confirmed.
