Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition, together with the order number.

If a product was offered as a gift with an order (giveaway, promotional offer or other), it must also be returned with the order.

Items will not be accepted if they have already been worn.

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

All products sold on this website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), allowing the customer to return delivered products that are defective or not as described.

Article L.217-3 of the French Consumer Code: the seller must deliver goods that conform to the contract and to the criteria set out in Article L.217-5.
